RETURNS

We have a 14 day return policy from the date of delivery.

Any item that has been worn, washed or damaged cannot be replaced due to the industry standards on Health, Hygiene, wear and tear.

For the highly unlikely chance that you are not completely in love your purchase you can contact us at typetwoapparel@gmail.com and we will be sure to take care of you.

When an item has been purchased and there is a change of mind a store credit can be issued for the same price of the item (as long as it has not been worn, washed or damaged), customer to return the items back to us. (Customer to pay for postage).

If the item is faulty a refund or replacement can be issued. We require the item to be sent back to us for inspection, if the item is confirmed faulty a refund or replacement will be applied for the item and return postage so please keep your receipts.

We recommend that you purchase tracked postage if returning an item.

Type two is not be liable for any damage or loss during its return postage.
